Equitrans L.P. (Equitrans Gathering) will be performing pipeline maintenance on its’ PEB-1613 Pipeline in the Copley Aggregate on January 15, 2019 and is
issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
The following Customer Receipt Meters: # 1390E and 24321 must be shut in by 7:00 AM EST, on January 15, 2019.
Also, during the one-day maintenance period for this project, PNG customer meters on line PEB-1613 between coordinates (38.80000/-80.947780 to
38.805628/-80.940334) will be shut in for the approximate 9 hour duration of this maintenance, starting at 7:00 AM EST, on January 15, 2019.
If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any damages including,
but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result of such failure, (2) a penalty of
$25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow control, and/or (4) a reduction in
scheduled quantities to match flowing gas.
In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid an OFO penalty.
Equitrans is not requiring customers to adjust nominations during this outage/maintenance.
Estimated time of outage is 9 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties when they can
turn back in-line.
