Notice Text:
Equitrans L.P. is providing notice of a meter update for the upcoming H-148 Pipeline pigging. The Shotski meter has been updated from
M5200755 to M5385492.
Equitrans L.P. will be performing pipeline pigging on its’ H-148 pipeline in Mainline Operational Area 2 beginning at 10:00 am ET on August 18,
2025, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
Equitrans L.P is hereby providing notice that due to the possibility of fluids during the pipeline pigging all People’s Natural Gas Delivery/Receipt
points between Hartson CS (coordinates 40.2558 / -79.9614) and Redhook CS (coordinates 39.91667 / -80.1279) on the H-148 Pipeline must be
shut in by 10:00 AM ET on August 18, 2025, and remain shut in for the duration of the pigging, which has an estimated duration of 72 hours.
Additionally, Operationally Available Capacity through Meters: 5100075 (Jaybird Station), M5385492 (Shotski), and M5204772 (Chub) will be
reduced to 0 Dths for August 18, 2025, through August 20, 2025, Gas Days.
Scheduled Quantities will be adjusted to not exceed this amount. This amount is based on projected operating conditions and is subject to
change.
Nominations will be scheduled in accordance with Section 6.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Equitrans’ FERC Gas Tariff. Intraday
nomination changes may be required should the actual outage timeframe or level of impact differ from the estimates stated in this notification.
Lastly, customers may experience higher than normal pressures on the H-148 and H-305 Pipelines during the pigging.
If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any
damages including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result
of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow
control, and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid
an OFO penalty.
Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings website for updates to this notice.
Estimated duration of the pigging is 72 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted
parties when they can turn back in-line.
