Equitrans L.P. will be conducting pipeline pigging on its H-512 and H-111 Pipelines in Mainline Operational Area 3 from Littleton to Bayard Gates
beginning at 10:00 AM ET on September 03, 2025, and continuing through September 04, 2025, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of
the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
Equitrans L.P is hereby providing notice that due to the high possibility of fluids during the pig run all People’s Natural Gas and Hope Gas Delivery/Receipt
Meters between Littleton Gates Valve Set (Coordinates 39.697991 / -80.508161) and Bayard Gates Valve Set (Coordinates 39.859101 / -80.129724) on the
H-512 and H-111 pipelines must be shut in by 10:00 AM ET on September 03, 2025 and remain shut in during pigging operations, which has an estimated
duration of 48 hours.
Additionally, in conjunction with this pigging, Operationally Available Capacity will be reduced to the following for September 03, 2025, and September 04,
2025, Gas Days:
0 Dths - M5424301 (Whites Ridge IC)
0 Dths - M5440675 (Renegade IC)
0 Dths - M5448467 (Beacon IC Run 1)
0 Dths - M5440680 (Aurora IC)
Lastly, due to downstream constraints on the H-512 and H-111 as a result of this pigging, the H-515 pipeline, which includes Meters # M5209977 (Sedalia)
and #M5224080 (Mercury to H-515) will be limited to primary only for the September 03, 2025, and September 04, 2025, Gas Days.
If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any damages including,
but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result of such failure, (2) a penalty of
$25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow control, and/or (4) a reduction in

scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid an OFO penalty.
Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings website for updates to this notice.
Estimated duration of outage is 48 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and
Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties when they can turn back in-line.
