Effective immediately, Equitrans is lifting its OFO notice that was originally posted on December 23, 2015 (Notice# 33167).
Equitrans has limited flexibility to manage imbalances on its Gathering System, Mainline Transmission System, the Sunrise Transmission System
and the Allegheny Valley Connector. As a result, Equitrans is unable to absorb customer imbalances and is requesting customers take immediate
action to closely match actual daily flow rates to scheduled quantities. Equitrans is requesting this action to avoid issuance of a Balancing Alert
and/or general OFO.
