Effective at 10:00 AM ET on November 1, 2016, Equitrans will have limited capacity on its H-302 pipeline due to work at its Jefferson Compressor
Station.

Equitrans will need to make the following changes on the November 1, 2016 Gas Day. The adjusted Net Operational Capacities listed below are
based on projected operating conditions and are subject to change. Scheduled Quantities will not exceed the Net* Dths listed below:

Meter # 11180/11026 (Crayne) 60,000 Dths
Meter # 73705 (Morris 2) 270,000 Dths
Meter # 73728 (Morris III) 270,000 Dths
Meter # 73713 (Jefferson) 430,000 Dths
Meter # 11224/11182 (Morris) 50,000 Dths
Meter # 18120 (Braden Run) 365,000 Dths
Meter # 24605 (Mark West to EQT) 627,000 Dths

*Net Dths are calculated by netting Receipt and Delivery Scheduled Quantities at the Interconnects listed above.

Only customers with gas supply in Operational Area 3 (OP3) on Equitrans’ H-160,H-164 and H-165 pipelines will be permitted to Schedule
Quantities to Texas Eastern Meter # 73705 (TETCO-Morris 2) and Meter # 73728 (TETCO-Morris lll).

In addition, customers will experience higher than normal line pressures. Should shut ins become necessary Equitrans will contact impacted parties.

Nominations will be scheduled in accordance with Section 6.8 of the GT&C of Equitrans’ FERC Gas Tariff. Intraday nomination changes may be

required should the actual outage timeframe or level of impact differ from the estimates stated in this notification.

Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings Website for updates to this notice and applicable posted Operationally Available
Capacity.
