Equitrans has limited flexibility to manage imbalances on its Gathering System, Mainline Transmission System, the Sunrise Transmission System
and the Allegheny Valley Connector and is issuing an Operational Flow Order (OFO). Details of the OFO are shown below.
Effective Thursday, September 15, 2016 at 10:00 AM ET. Equitrans is requesting that its customers take immediate action to keep any
over-deliveries or under-takes within 2%, not to exceed 10,000 Dths of Scheduled Quantities. This action is required regardless of accumulated
imbalance positions.
Equitrans will inform customers via EBB when this OFO will be lifted.
This action is pursuant to Sections 6.11 and 6.12 of the General Terms and Conditions of Equitrans’ FERC Gas Tariff. If Customer and/or
Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any damages including, but not
limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive dames incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25
per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow control, and/or (4) a reduction in
scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid an OFO penalty.
