Notice Text:

Due to increased pipeline capacity utilization and elevated storage levels, Equitrans has limited flexibility to absorb either newly created due shipper
imbalances or payback of due pipe imbalances (over-delivery, under-take) on its Gathering System, Mainline Transmission System, the Sunrise Transmission
System and the Allegheny Valley Connector. As a result, effective immediately and continuing until further notice, Equitrans is requesting customers take
immediate action to match actual daily flow rates to scheduled quantities. Equitrans is able to accept newly created due pipeline imbalances or payback of due
shipper imbalances (under-delivery, over-take). Equitrans is further requesting shippers and or interconnected parties to resolve due shipper imbalances on
these systems by the end of the storage injection season. Any due shipper imbalance in place at the end of the injection season may not be available to
shippers during the withdrawal season.

Equitrans is requesting this action to avoid issuance of a Balancing Alert and/or general OFO.

Should Equitrans find that this action is not sufficient to maintain the operational integrity of its pipeline system, Equitrans reserves the right to issue a
Balancing Alert and/or general OFO. The Balancing Alert and/or general OFO will be effective four (4) or eight (8) hours after issuance. If Customer and/or
Customer's operator fails to comply with the terms of said OFO, such Customer may be subject to (1) liability for any damages including, but not limited to,
direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result of such failure, (2) a penalty of $25 per Dth times
the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements stated in OFO, (3) flow control, and/or (4) a reduction in scheduled quantities to
match flowing gas.

Equitrans will continue to monitor system pressures and storage levels to determine if a Balancing Alert and/or general OFO is required. Should Equitrans
issue a Balancing Alert or general OFO, that action would be governed by Sections 6.11 and 6.12 of the General Terms and Conditions of Equitrans' FERC
Gas Tariff.
