Notice Text:
Due to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Improvement Projects, Equitrans L.P. will be performing pipeline maintenance on its H-157 Pipeline
in Mainline Operational Area 1 beginning at 10:00 AM ET on August 01, 2025, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms
and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
In conjunction with this maintenance, all People’s Natural Gas Delivery/Receipt points between Mars Crider IC Valve Set (coordinates 40.69434 / -80.05182)
and Franklin Road Valve Set (coordinates 40.68172 / -80.07443) must shut in on the H-157 pipeline by 10:00 AM ET on August 01, 2025, and remain shut in
for an estimated 60 days.
Additionally, in conjunction with this maintenance, Operational Capacity at the Meter # 11501 (DTI-Mars Crider) will be reduced to 0 Dths for August 01,
2025, through September 30, 2025, Gas Days.
If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any damages including,
but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result of such failure, (2) a penalty of
$25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow control, and/or (4) a reduction in
scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid an OFO penalty.
The estimated duration of the outage is 60 days. Upon completion of the maintenance, the OFO will expire, and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties
when they can turn back in line.
