Notice Text:

Equitrans L.P. is providing notice that Operational Capacity at Meter #M5397896 (Redd IC) will no longer be reduced during the isolation on the H-128 and
H-129 Pipelines.

Equitrans L.P. is providing notice that in response to the Army Corp of Engineers U.S Army Corps of Engineers’ Monongahela River dredging project, a
section of its H-128 and H-129 Pipelines in Mainline Operational Area 2 will be isolated beginning at 10:00 AM ET on August 11, 2025, and is issuing an
OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.

In conjunction with this isolation, People’s Natural Gas Delivery/Receipt Meter between and including The Walnut St. Valve set (Coordinates 40.190818/
-79.916289) and Liggett Rd. Valve Set (Coordinates 40.201321 / -79.914893) on the H-129 and H-128 Pipelines must be shut in by 10:00 AM on August 11,
2025, and remain shut in for the duration of the outage.

If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any damages including,
but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result of such failure, (2) a penalty of
$25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow control, and/or (4) a reduction in
scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid an OFO penalty.

Estimated duration of outage is 96 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties when they
can turn back in-line.
