Update to Notice 89288

On 11/1/2021, Equitrans posted a notice that as part of an integrity assessment of its pipeline system, the operating pressure on its H-302 Pipeline
was needed and the capacity through the Plasma OVC Meter was curtailed. The loss of operating pressure was a result of a combination of factors
beyond the reasonable control of Equitrans, including without limitation, a landslide, unforeseeable land conditions, pipeline and/or equipment
breakage and an act of God, and has therefore been classified as a Force Majeure Event as defined by Section 6.10 of Equitrans’ FERC Gas Tariff.

Equitrans is working diligently and using its best efforts to resolve the Force Majeure Event, bring the Pipeline segment back into full service and
minimize the impact of this event on Shipper’s operations as well as Equitrans’ performance under the Agreement. While Equitrans cannot state with
certainty when its performance will be possible, it is working diligently toward a resolution of the Force Majeure Event with all reasonable dispatch.

Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings website for updates to this notice. As soon as additional information is available,
Equitrans will provide updates to this notice of the Force Majeure Event pursuant to Section 6.14 of its Tariff along with ongoing reports as to the
resolution of the Force Majeure Event and to the expected return to full-service date.

Equitrans reserves all of its rights and remedies under the Agreement, law and equity, including without limitation, the right to amend, modify,
withdraw or supplement this notice.
