Equitrans L.P. will be conducting pipeline pigging on its H-116 and H-103 Pipelines in Mainline Operational Area 2 from Zimmerman Gates to Blaine Gates
beginning at 7:00 AM ET on October 21, 2025, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas
Tariff.
Equitrans L.P is hereby providing notice that due to the high possibility of fluids during the pig runs all People’s Natural Gas Delivery/Receipt Meters
between Zimmerman Gates Valve Set (Coordinates 39.502660 / -80.101727 and Blaine Gates Valve Set (Coordinates 40.030727 / -80.060082) on the H-116
and H-103 pipelines must be shut in by 7:00 AM ET on October 21, 2025 and remain shut in during pigging operations, which has an estimated duration of
36 hours.
Additionally, in conjunction with this pigging, customers may experience higher than normal pressures on the following pipelines in Mainline Operational
Area 2, Mainline Operational Area 3 and Mainline Operational Area 4:H-111, H-115, H-148, H-149, H-302, H-306, GSF-912, GSF-993, H-557, GSF-604,
H-527, H-515, H-518, H-511, H-509, and H-508.
?If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any damages
including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result of such failure, (2) a
penalty of $25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow control, and/or (4) a reduction
in scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid an OFO penalty.
Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings website for updates to this notice.
Estimated duration of the pigging is 36 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties when
they can turn back in-line.
