FORCE MAJEURE Great Lakes Gas Transmission – Iron River Eastbound (Posted: 8/6/25)
This is to notify all interested parties that Great Lakes Gas Transmission (“GLGT”) experienced an unexpected and uncontrollable equipment failure at Crystal Falls Compressor Station on Unit #803. Great Lakes has determined that this equipment failure is a Force Majeure event as described in Section 6.10.1 of GLGT's FERC Gas Tariff ("Tariff") and will result in its inability to carry out its obligations under its Tariff with respect to natural gas transportation and related services. As a result, capacity will be restricted as follows:
Iron River Eastbound (LOC #38730027):
8/6 (Intraday) - No incremental volumes will be scheduled.
8/7 – 8/15 – Available Capacity 1,105 MMcf/d
This may result in Firm Primary, Firm Secondary and Interruptible curtailments. Please reference Section 6.10.3 (b) of GLGT's FERC Gas Tariff for information regarding reservation charge credits as they relate to Force Majeure events.
Please direct any questions to your Account Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or the Nominations and Scheduling hotline @ 866-454-7572.
