UPDATED FORCE MAJEURE Great Lakes Gas Transmission – Emerson Eastbound (Updated: 9/24/25)
GLGT is extending the Force Majeure through 10/4/25 (previously 9/28/25).
This is to notify all interested parties that Great Lakes Gas Transmission (“GLGT”) discovered unexpected and uncontrollable anomalies which requires an immediate dig on the 200 line between MLV 3-1 and CS4. Great Lakes has determined that this immediate dig is a Force Majeure event as described in Section 6.10.1 of GLGT's FERC Gas Tariff ("Tariff") and will result in its inability to carry out its obligations under its Tariff with respect to natural gas transportation and related services. As a result of this event, GLGT is required to restrict capacity as follows:
9/10 – 10/4 (previously 9/28) – Emerson Eastbound (LOC #3833975): Available Capacity 974 MMcf/d
This may result in Firm Primary, Firm Secondary and Interruptible curtailments. Please reference Section 6.10.3 (b) of GLGT's FERC Gas Tariff for information regarding reservation charge credits as they relate to Force Majeure events.
Please direct any questions to your Account Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or the Nominations and Scheduling hotline @ 866-454-7572
