Interim Approval for Implementation of Settlement Rates
Kinetica has received authorization to implement Settlement Rates on an interim basis. The Interim
Settlement Rates will remain in effect pending the Commission’s consideration of the terms of the
Settlement. These rates will be subject to refund or surcharge once the Commission makes its final
determination on the Settlement terms. Kinetica has paid interest to shippers receiving refunds for
service in February, March and April of 2020 rather than wait until we have the final order from the
Commission. This interest is also subject to adjustment once the Commission makes its final
determination.
