Neptune Plant Maintenance Outage
Kinetica Deepwater Express (KDE) has been informed that Enterprise will be performing maintenance at
the Neptune plant February 2nd through 16th. The first two days, February 2nd and 3rd, will be a total
Neptune plant shut-in, and Nautilus will not be accepting nominations. KDE will be available to accept
diverted gas from Manta Ray shippers during this outage.
EnLink Pelican plant will be available for deliveries, and will be posting what packages of gas it will
accept from SS-207 “A” (lean) and SS-207 “B” (rich), based on allocation priority. KDE has no receipt
meter restrictions, and recommends all shippers confirm with EnLink Pelican plant what volumes will be
confirmed during the Neptune plant outage.
Beginning 4/1/2022, all KDE nominations to Pelican plant are nominated as a “gross” volume to the
Pelican Inlet Delivery meter 399006. PTR is nominated on EnLink, downstream of the 399006 Pelican
Inlet Delivery meter.
Kinetica Energy Express (KEE) meter 12435 SMI-76 will be available as an alternative delivery option for
Garden Banks shippers.
Any physical gas flowing to KDE without nominations, thus creating a “Due Shipper” imbalance, should
be made up through future “true-up” nominations to KDE.
Customers are strongly advised to monitor the EBB for updates. Please contact the Scheduling team at
Scheduling@Kineticallc.com if you have any questions.
