Notice of Force Majeure Event
Per NOAA public advisory, Hurricane Laura has strengthened into a major hurricane, with potentially
catastrophic storm surge, extreme winds, and flash flooding expected along the northwest Gulf Coast
tonight (8/26/2020).
Evacuation has become necessary to ensure the safety of on-site personnel. In response to this emergency
situation, LA Storage LLC (“LAS”) is providing notice of a Force Majeure Event pursuant to Section 8.21 of
the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
All services will be impacted for the duration of the Force Majeure event.
LAS will not schedule any service increases effective for Gas Day 8/26/2020 [ Intraday 2 ] or through the
remainder of the cycles in this Gas Day.
Effective for Gas Day1 [ 08/27/2020 ] beginning with the [ Timely ] cycle and until further notice, LAS will
not schedule any requests for service.
Updates will be provided via informational postings to Pipeline’s EBB: LAS Informational Postings
