    On July 1, 2025 MIGC submitted a FERC filing in Docket No. RP25-991 proposing to reduce the currently effective fuel retention and loss factor from 1.20% to 0.00%, effective August 1, 2025. A FERC order was issued today, July 31, 2025, accepting the proposed 0.00% fuel retention and loss factor, effective August 1, 2025.
