Subject: Northern Border High Inventory OFO Watch (June 23, 2025)

Northern Border Pipeline Company (NBPL) notifies customers that it’s experiencing higher operating pressures that could jeopardize the operational integrity of the system. Therefore, NBPL is issuing an Operational Flow Order (OFO) watch effective immediately and through Gas Day July 3rd, 2025 pursuant to Section 6.10.6.3(c) of NBPL’s FERC Gas Tariff.NBPL requests that receipt, and delivery point operators stay within a daily tolerance of the lesser of 5% or 25,000 Dths of posted nominations. Absent daily and cumulative imbalance management by shippers, NBPL may be required to take further action, including the immediate issuance of an Operational Flow Order (OFO).Shippers should coordinate with upstream and downstream point operators to ensure adherence and prevent the need for further action.NBPL reserves the right to enact additional restrictions as necessary to maintain operational integrity including adjusting, on a prorated basis, meter capacity based on the remaining hours of the Gas Day.Please contact your Northern Border Nominations Representative with any questions regarding nominations or scheduling at (866) 581-6487.
