Subject: Snohomish Engine Exchange & McMinnville Actuator Replacement - Maint. Reminder
Notice Text:
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following
locations:
- Snohomish CS beginning gas day June 23, 2025, through gas
day June 27, 2025.
- McMinnville CS beginning gas day June 25, 2025, through
gas day June 26, 2025.
The Snohomish CS will be limited to 948,000 Dth/d southbound
for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Snohomish CS exceeds
the available capacity of 948,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 1,194,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
is completed on gas day June 27, 2025.
The McMinnville CS will be limited to 157,000 Dth/d northbound
and for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the McMinnville CS
exceeds the available capacity of 157,000 Dth/d northbound (or
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
207,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed on gas day June 26, 2025.
