As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's 
website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following 
locations:

- Roosevelt CS beginning gas day August 11, 2025, through 
        gas day August 15, 2025.
- Mt. Vernon CS beginning gas day August 12, 2025, through 
        gas day August 13, 2025.
- Burley CS beginning gas day August 12, 2025, through gas 
        day August 15, 2025.
- Buhl CS beginning gas day August 12, 2025, through gas 
        day August 15, 2025.

The Roosevelt CS will be limited to 383,000 Dth/d northbound 
and 350,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Roosevelt CS exceeds 
the available capacity of 383,000 Dth/d northbound or 350,000 
Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any 
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of 
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give 
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design 
capacity of 546,000 Dth/d northbound or 414,000 Dth/d 
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
has been completed. 

The Mt. Vernon CS will be limited to 1,135,000 Dth/d southbound 
for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Mt. Vernon CS 
exceeds the available capacity of 1,135,000 Dth/d southbound 
(or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the 
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
1,277,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work has been completed.

The Burley CS will be limited to 524,000 Dth/d northbound for 
the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Burley CS exceeds 
the available capacity of 524,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever 
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 579,000 Dth/d 
northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
has been completed. 

The Buhl CS will be limited to 526,000 Dth/d northbound for the 
duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Buhl CS exceeds the 
available capacity of 526,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP 
cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to 
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's 
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency 
Period based on a design capacity of 578,000 Dth/d northbound. 
The deficiency period will continue until the work has been 
completed.
