Subject: Soda Springs ERP Tie-in Part 2 - Maintenance Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's

website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following

locations:

- Soda Springs CS beginning gas day September 04, 2025,

through gas day October 10, 2025.

The Soda Springs CS will be limited to 388,000 Dth/d northbound

for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Soda Springs CS

exceeds the available capacity of 388,000 Dth/d northbound (or

whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the

maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate

Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice

of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of

652,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue

until the work has been completed.
