Subject: Stage III (13%) Underrun Entitlement North of Kemmerer

Northwest is experiencing high line pack on the system and has
limited injections into storage as Jackson Prairie continues to
fill. 

Due to the limited flexibility, Northwest is declaring a Stage 
III (13%) Underrun Entitlement for all Receiving Parties north
of the Kemmerer compressor station effective Gas Day Friday, 
September 19, 2025. This entitlement includes all points on the 
Spokane, Wenatchee, and Grants Pass laterals.

Please avoid acquiring supply above demand in order to prevent 
banking on the system. Underperformance of interconnecting 
pipelines will also be considered if contributing adversely to 
pipeline conditions.
