    FORCE MAJEURE AT STAGECOACH STORAGE RESOLVED 6-5-2025

     

    Stagecoach Pipeline & Storage Company, LLC ("Stagecoach") declared an event of Force Majeure in accordance with Section 6.9 of the General Terms and Conditions of Stagecoach's FERC NGA Gas Tariff effective for the Gas Day of Tuesday, June 3, 2025 (Notice Identifier #394769) due to unexpected unit outages impacting its ability to inject gas into the Stagecoach Storage Facility (Pin #201020).  One of the units has now been restored to the Stagecoach Storage Facility and as such, Stagecoach is posting notice that this Force Majeure event has been resolved.  Firm injection nominations will be accepted as early at Intraday Cycle 1 for Gas Day, June 5, 2025 and until further notice.  However, nominations for Interruptible Storage Service injections (ISS) as well as nominations for Overrun Injections (including nominations for overrun and excess services under firm service and PAL Rate Schedules) are still at risk until further notice.

    This notice will be the final update.
