ANTICIPATED PRIMARY IN THE PATH RESTRICTIONS UPDATE #3 EFFECTIVE 6-28-2025
Based on new information, Tennessee now anticipates scheduling Primary In the Path ("PIP") transports to no less than the percentage of firm contracts pathed through the following segment. This notice supersedes the previous notice posted earlier on June 19, 2025 (Notice Identifier #394954).
STA 860 500 Line (Segment 548 BH) – effective Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of Saturday, June 28, 2025 and until further notice - no less than 60% of contract MDQ
The stated scheduling percentages are based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during this restriction and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization.
