Effective Intraday 2 Cycle (18:00) for the gas day of Sunday, July 20, 2025 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL AREAS EAST OF STA 254 FOR OVER-TAKES OUT OF THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

· STA 25 (Segment 125 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to force majeure at STA 25; 11,837 Dths

· STA 110 South (Segment 187 BH) - through PIP increases due to force majeure at STA 110

· STA 307 (Segment 307 BH) - through approx 97% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 331,738 Dths

· MLV 314 East (Segment 314 BH) - through approx 99% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 314,448 Dths

· STA 315 (Segment 315 BH) - through approx 79% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 239,787 Dths

· STA 317 (Segment 317 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 74,305 Dths

· MLV 330 (Segment 324 FH) - through approx 45% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 17,282 Dths

· STA 224 (Segment 224 BH) - through approx 69% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 25,233 Dths

· STA 245 (Segment 245 FH) - through approx 99% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 416,605 Dths

· STA 249 (Segment 249 FH) - through approx 97% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 151,020 Dths

· STA 261 Discharge East (Segment 261 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 10,000 Dths

· MLV 265 (Segment 265 FH) - through SIPsp increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

· No Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL utilizing the PALD service

· No Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL utilizing the PAL-AO service

· Paybacks will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

· No Authorized Overrun Injections Services under Rate Schedule FS-AO as well as No Authorized Overrun Injections in excess of Maximum Daily Injection Quantity (MDIQ) but below Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity (MDWQ) at the following storage fields:

· Northern MA (460018) storage field

· Portland MA (460025) storage field

· Portland PA (460020) storage field

· Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field

· No Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS at the following storage fields:

· Northern MA (460018) storage field (IS-MA)

· Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field (IS-PA)

**PLEASE NOTE MAXIMUM HOURLY ENTITLEMENTS ("MHE") AND/OR ELAPSED PRO RATA SCHEDULED QUANTITIES ("EPSQ") WILL BE REVIEWED AND MAY BE ENFORCED AT ANY METER DURING INTRADAY OR HOURLY CYCLES.

**FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
