(“Tennessee”) held an open season in accordance with Article XXVI, Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, which commenced at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 and closed at 4:00 PM on Thursday, July 24, 2025.
