OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR 500 LINE EXPANDED TO INCLUDE DS OF STA 254 EFFECTIVE 8-4-2025

Due to ongoing scheduled maintenance and forecasted hotter weather with associated greater demand moving into these areas, effective for the Gas Day of Monday, August 4, 2025, and until further notice, Tennessee is EXPANDING the current OFO Daily Critical Day 1 to include all the following areas listed below:

500 Line (Segments ONLY INCLUDE 527, 529, 530, 534, 539)

All areas East of STA 254 on the 200 Line

This OFO will be effective for all Balancing Parties (including LMS-PA, SA contracts acting as balancing parties, LMS-MA, and LMS-PL balancing parties). This action is pursuant to Article X, Section 4 of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff.

All delivery point operators in above referenced area are required to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position.  All receipt point operators in the above referenced area are required to keep actual daily receipts into the system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position. Customers will be assessed a rate of $5.00 plus the applicable Regional Daily Spot Price per dekatherm for that portion of physical quantities related to over-takes by delivery point operators and under-deliveries by receipt point operators which exceed 2% of scheduled quantities or 500 Dths, whichever is greater.

In the event this OFO is not sufficient to maintain the operational integrity of the system, Tennessee may escalate to a Critical Day II, an OFO Balancing Alert, Meter Specific OFO(s) or Hourly OFO(s).  Tennessee will deem all affected Shippers to be in compliance with the actions specified in the Daily Critical Day 1 OFOs if after the measurement close the actual system conditions were opposite to the conditions for which this OFO was issued.

Tennessee would like to remind all operators/agents of power plants directly connected to TGP of certain parameters of FERC Order 698 requirements. Tennessee requires that all power plant operators submit burn profiles and nominations prior to gas flow. Due to very limited flexibility, power plant operators are encouraged to burn ratably based on scheduled volumes. The burn profiles should be sent to TGPGasControl@Kindermorgan.com. The latest burn profile template can be found by accessing the Tennessee web site and following the steps below.
