OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

· STA 40 South Of Carthage (Segment 132 FH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 14,453 Dths

· STA 110 South (Segment 187 BH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 19,715 Dths

· STA 204 (Segment 204 BH) - through PIP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity

· STA 219 South (Segment 217 BH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 20,000 Dths

· STA 307 (Segment 307 BH) - through approx 98 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 305,245 Dths

· MLV 314 East (Segment 314 BH) - through approx 97 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 229,501 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

· No Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL utilizing the PALD service

· No Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL utilizing the PAL-AO service

· Paybacks will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

· No Authorized Overrun Injections Services under Rate Schedule FS-AO as well as No Authorized Overrun Injections in excess of Maximum Daily Injection Quantity (MDIQ) but below Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity (MDWQ) at the following storage fields:

· Northern MA (460018) storage field

· Portland MA (460025) storage field

· Portland PA (460020) storage field

· Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field

· No Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS at the following storage fields:

· Northern MA (460018) storage field (IS-MA)

· Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field (IS-PA)

**PLEASE NOTE MAXIMUM HOURLY ENTITLEMENTS ("MHE") AND/OR ELAPSED PRO RATA SCHEDULED QUANTITIES ("EPSQ") WILL BE REVIEWED AND MAY BE ENFORCED AT ANY METER DURING INTRADAY OR HOURLY CYCLES.

**FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
