    July 25, 2025 to August 14, 2025 NCOS

    TransCanada PipeLines Limited ("TCPL") is pleased to announce that it is holding a New Capacity Open Season ("NCOS") for new firm transportation service on the Canadian Mainline System from Empress to East Hereford with a targeted facility in-service date of November 1, 2028.

     

    July 25, 2025 to August 14, 2025 ECOS

    Additionally, TCPL will be holding an Existing Capacity Open Season (“ECOS”) for firm transportation capacity from Empress to several delivery locations on the Canadian Mainline System.

     

    The Open Season will commence July 25, 2025, and run through August 14, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. MST (10:00 a.m. EST).
