Subject: Update - Unplanned McMullen Lateral Outage 2025 Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary
Work associated with this outage has been completed and the pipeline will be returned to service by ID1 on September 17, 2025.
Due to findings from an integrity assessment performed on the McMullen lateral in April associated with Job #1071403, Transco must isolate and reduce pressure on a portion of the McMullen lateral between the TM14 valve MP 32.65 and TM17 valve MP 52.71. This work will impact the availability of transportation services moving west to east and east to west between those valve settings. Transco will begin work effective September 9, 2025 with an anticipated completion date of September 25, 2025 September 17, 2025.
Operating conditions resulting from this work will require Transco to restrict scheduled quantities for all transportation priorities moving west to east and east to west through the locations indicated below.
The receipt-based location Throughput Section Boundaries (“TSB’s”) for McMullen E-W at McMullen lateral milepost 32.65 and McMullen W-E at McMullen lateral milepost 32.66 will be used to manage capacity availability during this work. An updated Market and Production Area constraint notice will include the TSB’s and the available quantity of all transportation priorities during the indicated period.
