Notice Text:
As previously posted MR 40832 - WHISTLER PIPELINE and MR 45805 - TENNESSEE GAS PIPELINE (DEL 40805/REC 40806), have not been consistently at or above the minimum heating value per Valley Crossing Pipeline's (VCP) Statement of Operating Conditions (SOC). As such, beginning at the Timely Cycle for Gas Day September 06, 2025, VCP will be reducing receipt nominations to 700,000 Dth/d from MR 40832 - WHISTLER PIPELINE, Gas Day September 05, 2025 will remain at the current reduction of 800,000 Dth/d. Receipt nominations will continue to 0 Dth/d for MR 45805 - TENNESSEE GAS PIPELINE (DEL 40805/REC 40806). Furthermore, on future gas days Timely Cycles, further reductions may be required until such time all Gas Quality parameters meet VCP's SOC.
