    Summary:

    Station #1 Westbound Capacity for September 2 - 13, 2025

    As per Notice #59703 (Operationally Available Capacity for September 2025) , Westcoast will be allowing the following flow at Station #1 Westbound:

    Station #1 Westbound Capacity


    September 2 - 13, 2025:        0 GJ

    - No physical flow from FSJML, ABML, and MS-84 to Station #2.
    - No physical flow from FTNML and Pine River to Sunset, Gordondale and delivery points on FSJML/ABML.
    - Nomination offsets will be authorized above the capacity based on eastbound displacement authorizations.
    - T-South capacity may be cut to match physical supply from FTNML and Pine River.
    - To maintain system balance, a System Wide OFO will be in effect for the duration of the outage and shippers are reminded to keep accounts within tolerance to avoid any swing gas charges and/or business cuts. Tolerance levels will be changed to +/- 1% for non-supply shippers and +/- 4% for supply shippers.
    - OPCs will be in effect for FSJML, ABML, and MS-84.

    Changes in operating conditions may result in the capacity being recalled on any gas cycle.
