Further to Notice #59586, Westcoast is replacing its current gas management system (GMS) with the LINK System (LINK), effective October 1, 2025. The following are important dates and requirements leading up to the date of implementation:
IMPORTANT DATES
September 15, 2025: Customer Activities will be fully open in LINK to Westcoast Energy (WE) Users - Enter nominations for October 1 - Set up auto-confirmations o Delivery Point Operators (DPO) o Receipt Point Operators (RPO) o Shippers with TAB agreements - Set useful screens as favorites - Subscribe to reports and email notifications
September 22, 2025
- RPO's set up pre-determined allocations for October 1
September 30, 2025: - Timely Nominations for GD1 are due in LINK by 12:00pm MT
October 1, 2025: First Gas Day scheduled in LINK
REQUIREMENTS
- Ensure your company is set up in LINK: New Company Setup - Set up a Local Security Administrator (LSA): How to Become A Local Security Administrator - Set up additional Users with the appropriate Roles: LINK ID Creation/Edit - Contracts must be executed before nominations can be entered: o Contact SETWServiceRequest@enbridge.com to set up an Interruptible Service Agreement or a TAB Agreement. o Refer to Contracts link below for Assignments.

- LINK Tutorials for Security Set-Up: LINK System Security Tutorials - LINK training presentations: o Supply LINK Supply Training o Delivery LINK Delivery Training o Nominations LINK Nomination Training o Contracts LINK Contract and Assignment Training - Invoice Training will be provided in November. o October Invoices for September production will be available through GMS o November Invoices for October production will be available through LINK
