    The LINK system is OPEN for Westcoast Customers

     

    Summary:

    The LINK system is OPEN for Westcoast Customers

    To: Shippers, Parties Transacting at Trading Hubs, Receipt Point Operators and Delivery Point Operators

     

    Westcoast's new gas management system, LINK, will be live for gas day October 1, 2025.  As a reminder, it is the customers responsibility to get set up in LINK. If your business is not set up in LINK, it will not be scheduled.


    The attached pdf contains useful information including:

       - LINK learning environment and other training resources
       - GMS to LINK cross reference for location numbers and names

       - Important points
       - CI re    ports to LINK
           - Station 2 accounts and balancing
       - LINK confirmations for trading pool shippers and operators

       - Gas day timeline
       - Viewing shipper and OBA imbalances

       - Email subscriptions
       - TAB agreement

     

    Key dates to keep in mind  
       - September 30, 2025: Timely Nominations for GD1 are due in LINK by 12:00pm MT.
       - October 1, 2025: First Gas Day scheduled in LINK.
