NOTICE OF FORCE MAJEURE ANR Pipeline Company - Southeast Mainline - Willow Run (To Michcon) (LOC #42078) (Posted: 9/10/25)
This is to notify all contracted parties of ANR Pipeline Company ("ANR") that pursuant to Section 6.7 of ANR's FERC Gas Tariff, ANR has declared a Force Majeure event in effect for natural gas transactions on the Southeast Mainline due to the discovery of unexpected and uncontrollable anomalies which require an immediate dig on the 0-501 line between MLV 70 & MLV 71. As a result, capacity will be reduced as follows:
Willow Run (To Michcon) (LOC #42078)
9/10 (Intraday): No incremental volumes will be scheduled.
9/11 - 9/21: 250 MMcf/d (leaving 525 MMcf/d)
ANR anticipates this posting may result in Firm Secondary and Interruptible curtailments.
