    Gainsboro to Monterey Unplanned Outage


    Notice Text:

    East Tennessee Natural Gas (ETNG) has experienced an unplanned outage and will be conducting detailed investigations on its 3100 Line in Valve Section 1 between Gainsboro and Monterey compressor stations. ETNG will be required to reduce pressure downstream of Gainsboro compressor station to accommodate these investigations. 

     

    As a result of the pressure reduction associated with this detailed investigation, capacities will be reduced to the following for the compressor stations listed below:

     

    Reduced to approximately

    Ridgetop                     215,000 Dth/d

    Dixon Springs             256,000 Dth/d

    Gainsboro                    254,000 Dth/d

    Monterey                     248,000 Dth/d

    Clarkrange                   237,000 Dth/d

    Wartburg                     222,000 Dth/d

     

    ETNG will take into consideration the reduced capacity during the timely cycles for future gas days.

     

    ETNG will provide an update on the duration of the detailed investigation as soon as it is known.
