Date: January 20, 2022

To: Eastern Shore Natural Gas Shippers

Re: Eastern Shore Pipeline Conditions

– Operational Flow Order (OFO) – Level 2 effective

January 21, 2022 at 9:00 am CST (10:00 am EST)


Due to anticipated high demand on Eastern Shore’s system, Eastern Shore is issuing a system-
wide Imbalance Level Two Operational Flow Order (OFO) - Level 2 pursuant to Section 6.24 of
the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff effective at 9:00 am CST (10:00 am
EST) on gas day, Friday, January 21, 2022.

This OFO will continue until further notice and requires that all shippers ensure that their daily
“Due From Shipper” imbalance (i.e. short to the pipeline) be within tolerance as specified in
Section 6.

22(b) of Eastern Shore’s FERC Gas Tariff, for each gas day during the effectiveness

of the OFO. In addition, all shippers shall flow ratably.
