Kinetica - Business Continuity (Covid-19)
Kinetica has continued to monitor the CDC guidelines and will follow those recommendations to protect
employees and contractors as well as the public. At this time Kinetica is in the planning and preparation
mode for potential business interruptions that may occur as a result of the virus. Kinetica has made
plans for certain departments to work remotely as needed. These include gas scheduling, gas control,
gas measurement, accounting and administrative departments.
Field pipeline operations have implemented procedures per CDC and in coordination with our marine
and aviation groups to protect all personnel offshore and workers along our pipelines. Much of the
Kinetica pipeline system can safely be operated remotely by gas controllers in the event of personnel
evacuations or interrupted transportation.
In addition, Kinetica operates daily with an Emergency Operations Procedure manual that covers various
situations that may occur.
Kinetica will post on the EBB any significant event that may impact shippers.
Currently the Kinetica Houston office is closed and employees are working remotely.
