Grand Chenier Liquids Handling & Separation Facility
Kinetica Energy Express has been notified by Fieldwood/QuarterNorth that the Fieldwood operated Liquid
Handling and Separation Facility located in Grand Chenier Louisiana that was damaged by Hurricane Laura
will not be returned to service and will be abandoned in 2022. Due to this facility abandonment the Kinetica
Cameron system will not accept injected condensate effective September 1, 2022. Kinetica is currently
planning the construction of temporary liquid handling facilities in Grand Chenier to enable a final liquid
removal pigging of injected and retrograde condensate and subsequent allocation of condensate to
shippers. This project is scheduled to commence September 1, 2022 and be completed by end of the year.
