    Kinetica Energy Express Receipt of Associated Liquids from Garden Banks Pipeline System

    Bluewater West Leg Pigging – February 2023

    On February 14th, 2023, Kinetica Energy Express (KEE) wil perform maintenance pigging on the West Leg
    of the Bluewater system. In order to complete this pigging, Kinetica wil need to reverse the system’s
    normal direction of flow.

    KEE wil require shippers transporting condensate on the Garden Banks system to nominate 20,000
    DTH/day for four days, from February 14th through February 17th gas days, pursuant to Section 4.1.3 of
    Kinetica’s Liquid Transportation, Separation, and Dehydration Agreement (LTS&D) for the Bluewater
    System.

    Kinetica previously provided each shipper its percentage of the required nomination.
