November Bluewater West Leg Pigging

On November 15, 2016, Kinetica Energy Express will perform maintenance pigging on the West Leg of
the Bluewater system. In order to complete this pigging, Kinetica will need to reverse the system’s
normal direction of flow. As a result, all production south and west of the Cocodrie plant on the
Bluewater system will be directed north on the West Leg into the Pecan Island station.

All production sources listed below will be required to shift nominations from delivery points
downstream of the Cocodrie plant to points north of Pecan Island from November 15

th at 9 AM through

November 19

th at 9 AM.

The available delivery points are as follows:

 Meter 024002 – Egan B (Tennessee Gas Pipeline)
 Meter 024012 – Enlink/LIG Gueydan
 Meter 024016 – Egan Gap Arrowhead (Harvest/Kaplan)
