System-wide Critical Day
Due to the forecasted inclement weather and low pressures system-wide, Kinetica Energy Express is
declaring a Critical Day Notice pursuant to its FERC approved tariff (See Section 14.2 in the General
Terms and Conditions) effective immediately.
This Critical Day Notice will remain in effect until further notice.
All point operators are required to keep actual daily receipts into the Kinetica system at quantities that
are greater than or equal to scheduled quantities, submitting same day nomination adjustments if
necessary, regardless of their cumulative imbalance positions.
The necessity for this requirement is to allow Kinetica to maintain appropriate operating pressures.
Customers are strongly advised to monitor the EBB for updates.
