Weather Advisory – Tropical Storm Barry

Official weather sources are currently projecting that Tropical Storm Barry will move into the Gulf of
Mexico and possibly develop into a hurricane over the next few days. Based on the projected path of the
storm, flowing gas supplies into the Kinetica Energy Express (KEE) system are already being impacted.

KEE requests that shippers closely coordinate with their suppliers to ensure scheduled nominations
match closely with actual volumes.

Customers are strongly advised to monitor the EBB for updates. During business hours, please contact
the Gas Scheduling team at (713) 228-3347 x420 or Scheduling@Kineticallc.com if you have any
questions. For after hours, please contact the on-call Scheduler posted on the EBB.
