CAPACITY RESERVATION POSTING – NORTH EXTENSION PROJECT
Pursuant to Section 5.1(c)(11) of the General Terms and Conditions (“GT&C”) of its FERC Gas Tariff, Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America LLC (“Natural”) hereby gives notice that certain capacity, as described below, will be reserved for use in a future expansion of Natural's System. The project for which the capacity is being reserved will provide additional capacity from Natural's Iowa-Illinois Receipt Zone for delivery in the Market Delivery Zone. The project is referred to as the “North Extension Project” or “Project”. The projected in-service date of the Project is between October 1, 2028 and March 31, 2029.
In connection with the Project, Natural proposes to reserve the following capacity in accordance with the above-referenced tariff provision, until further notice.
