    Dovetail Alberta Contracting Application Issues (Update)

    We are continuing to work the issue with the Dovetail Alberta Contracting application. We were attempting to have it resolved prior to the Evening cycle but it doesn't appear that will happen. Given the current IT restriction we understand this is causing problems related to Empress to McNeill and McNeill to Empress transfers. Given this we are asking customers that want these transfers processed for tomorrow's gas day to email nominations@tcenergy.com and ngtl_contracting@tcenergy.com with the quantity and direction of the transfer. The Nominations group will then manually adjust contract quantities in order to process the restriction. If at all possible, please send this email by 6 PM. We will work to process all other back dated transactions tomorrow once the issue is resolved.
