Notice of NGTL GP Ltd., as general partner on behalf of NGTL Limited Partnership (collectively “NGTL”) Empress and McNeill Borders FT-D Expansion Capacity Open Season Results
The NGTL Expansion Capacity Open Season for Firm Transportation – Delivery Group 1 Service (FT-D1) for approximately 235,000 GJ/d at the Empress and McNeill Borders ("Open Season") closed on September 2, 2025. NGTL awarded bids for an aggregate total of 247,000 GJ/day, 12 TJ/d in excess of the posted expansion capacity, as a result of favorable hydraulic assessments. Of this awarded expansion capacity, NGTL approved relocations to qualifying intra-Alberta locations for an aggregate of 127,703 GJ/day. The weighted average term of awarded expansion capacity is 42.4 years. NGTL will discuss Open Season results with members at the next TTFP meeting.
