TE Meter Underperformance
Due to large daily due pipe imbalances, Texas Eastern Transmission's (TE) system, has limited ability to absorb additional due pipeline imbalances from receipt and/or delivery point operators. TE is requiring the following meter operator to perform to scheduled quantities or confirmation restrictions will be made commensurate with anticipated physical deliveries:
