Pursuant to General Terms and Conditions (“GT&C”) Section 5.13 [9] of Texas Gas Transmission,
LLC’s (“Texas Gas”) FERC NGA Gas Tariff, Texas Gas is requiring customers to withdraw gas from
storage up to its contract MDWQ within 24 hours of this notice. This withdrawal requirement is
necessary for Texas Gas to meet its firm service. Rate Schedule ISS’s MDWQ at the time of this
posting is the withdrawal schedule that is required to alleviate this constraint. Any amendments
to reduce MDWQ subsequent to this notice posting will not change the withdrawal schedule required
by customers until this constraint is alleviated and this posting is terminated. No transfers to
Rate Schedule ISS contracts will be permitted, but transfers from Rate Schedule ISS to Rate
Schedule FSS will be permitted.
Additionally, Pursuant to General Terms and Conditions (“GT&C”) Section 5.13 [2] of Texas Gas
Transmission, LLC’s (“Texas Gas”) FERC NGA Gas Tariff, Any Stored Volume not withdrawn within 30
Days of Texas Gas giving Shipper notice shall become the property of Texas Gas at no cost to
Texas Gas, free and clear of any adverse claims
If customers do not adhere to this withdrawal requirement, Texas Gas may elect to issue an
Operational Flow Order, pursuant to GT&C Section 6.18, to protect firm service and its system.
