Effective with January 18, 2020 Gas Day, Rice Olympus Midstream (ROM) is requiring shippers with a “Due ROM” imbalance position to adjust daily
nominations or receipt flows to reduce “Due ROM” imbalance position by 2.5% (payback level) of shippers December 31, 2019 accumulated imbalance
position.
Imbalance adjustments must be made at REX-Gunslinger (Meter # 60065), Tetco-Outlaw (Meter # 73868), LXP-Stagecoach (Meter # 743093) Interconnects.
ROM will actively reduce shipper nominations based on rankings at aforementioned interconnect meters beginning with Timely cycle each day to ensure
shippers achieve daily payback levels.
At a minimum, ROM will reevaluate this payback level requirement once January 31, 2020 imbalance positions are actualized. However, shippers should
anticipate this payback requirement will remain in effect until outstanding imbalance levels are reduced.
In addition, shippers with “Due Shipper” imbalance positions should ensure daily nominations and flows are aligned to avoid changes to current imbalance
level.
