    Equitrans L.P. (Equitrans Gathering) is providing notice that it has experienced an unplanned outage on its H-8631 pipeline and is issuing an OFO effective
    Monday, April 4, 2022 at 10:00 AM ET in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.

    Customer Receipt Meter # 4267601 must be shut in by 10:00 AM ET, on Monday, April 4, 2022 unless receipts from the same support and are limited to the
    on-system market demand on the H-8631 Pipeline. If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall
    be subject to retainage of the thermally equivalent quantities of natural gas volumes flowed during the OFO period. Equitrans will not permit post-cycle
    adjustments to avoid the aforementioned retention of the natural gas volumes. Upon completion of the outage, the OFO will expire.

    Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings website for updates to this notice.
